The Health and Safety Representative shall have a duty of representing the bargaining unit members in health and safety issues within the plant. The duties may include, but are not limited to, general plant inspections, safety work order follow, A.R.C. daily checks, safety meeting agendas, minutes of related meetings, safety training of bargaining unit members, co-chairing of safety committee and other agreed upon or legally required duties and responsibilities. |
Statement of Purpose
The Partners in Prevention (PIP) program is a joint initiative between Kellogg’s and BCTGM 154-G that will proactively lead to a safer working environment for all.
The process facilitates safety awareness through a non-punitive approach that is consistent and fair.
The PIP program promotes open communication, and generates safety awareness to change behaviour towards safety so that every employee understands their role and responsibility in reinforcing safety as a London Plant value |
